Internet trouble can make you crazy. You’re posting away on Facebook and suddenly your posts don’t post anymore. Or maybe you’re emailing your sister and your email program complains it can’t connect to the server. Or maybe your fancy smart TV won’t connect to Netflix.
Now what?
Characterize the problem. Define concisely what’s going on. And then call for support. When you take your car into the repair shop, you have to give the mechanic more than, “it doesn’t work.” Same with internet trouble. Define “it” concisely.
