Feedback for future phishers – if you want to impersonate an American company, make sure your email subject looks like it came from somebody who speaks English as a native language.

Still, sometimes timing is everything, even with a poor quality phish like this one. It might snag somebody applying for a mortgage or otherwise signing electronic documents. Don’t let that be you. And definitely don’t open the attachment.
